911 Bombs - 911 Bombs
This Sunday SSR presents to you release by 911 Bombs. This self titled EP captures that sound of old industrial noise rock bands. You can hear all the samples, drums and gritty guitars and loud bass done in perfect mix and with the vintage sound. If you like obscure 80's industrial records on tape you will love this one. I just can image how all this sounds when performed live. It would be nice to have a chance to hear that! The only bad thing about this EP, it is just 10 minutes long! Man, I want more! I hope next release will be an album with 30-40 minutes of great old school noise rock music. Until then check out this awesome band.

New band on SSR - 911 Bombs911 Bombs is a band formed in Philadelphia,PA by a couple of friends who occasionally get drunk and make noise. It all began in 2011 when Seth bought a used Mirage sampler and began sampling various objects and stuff from tv with his friend Rob, who made crunching bass sound. After messing around for a year, duo had their first gig and almost got in a fight with audience and the gig lasted 5 minutes.
After the gig they met their fan Ed and quickly became friends due to their shared love of DIY, tapes, beer and obscure 80's industrial records. Soon after some time he became the band's vocalist and later convinced his brother, Adam to join in and play the guitar.
In 2014, they finally recorded their first release also titled 911 Bombs that they describe as "a tank driving trough a factory".

Gold and Water
Our new artist is Gold and Water. Man behind this creative musical project is Joakim Cederholm from Sweden. I must admit that music he makes is a pleasant, slow and sleepy ambiental drone. As he says for himself - he is just a guy with a guitar and a lot of guitar effects. But when you go deeper into his music, you can find some great ideas and creativity. Gold and Water makes you spot the nuances behind the wall of droning themes. Soon you can expect release from SSR.

Deadlights - We Have Some Planes
Tonight we are releasing Deadlights's album called "We Have Some Planes". As Keith said, this album is dedicated to all the victims and heroes of the attacks in New York City - September 11, 2001. There are 9 tracks including the intro and outro and they are amazing. Gloomy and haunting atmosphere is spreading through the whole album, while there are also some melancholic moments, which are fulfilling the whole ambiance. He succeeded in his intention to depict this event by music and we truly recommend this piece of art!

Delicate Apparatus - Tone Of The Evening Drone
Today we release an excellent album by Delicate Apparatus. Behind this project is Chris Newman who is capturing many interesting sounds with this album. "Tone Of The Evening Drone" can best be described as an exercise in drone-ambient with minimal distant percussion. A natural progression from the previous cinematic themed "First We take Utopia", with a constant emphasis on elaborating on the ambient genre. Give it a listen, cause there are a lot of Eno influences.

Dave Migman spoken word
Dave Migman is an illustrator, Stone Carver, writer and occasionally likes to immerse himself  in song. Spoken word and music is a kind of passion of his. Lyrically Dave has been accused of skirting around the darker side of life, but he insists that there lies beauty in the darkness and darkness in the light. SSR will release Dave's album "In The Kingdom Of The Blind" which is a compilation of spoken word/noise tracks with truly awesome, brutal poetry, dark and unsettling.
