This is our 110th release and we are excited to give you Reji's Son album called Nomad. This is Reji's Son third album but first released for SSR. Album is more hip hop/beat oriented route than an electronic one. Like the Lady EP it was based from, it was meant to create an interesting atmosphere at it's core rather than just hype tracks. The genre's Reji's Son mainly covers are in the areas of experimental electronic, hip-hop and ambient music. We are sure this release is continuing our quest for interesting underground artists and albums. It is a free download on Splitting Sounds Records bandcamp page.

Moontauk is a post-rock freestyle band from Mexico the name comes from the word MOON "moon" and TAU "path" which comes from the Hebrew alphabet, K is added for phonetics. Characterized by melancholic atmospheres, galactic sounds and beats synchronized with a multifaceted battery, powerful bass and rhythm guitars that explore the sounds of post-rock tip hop funk freestyle, progressive rock music and math. The sound travels through the idea of inhabiting new worlds drawing the evolution of our society and how the digital scenes keep us abstracted, Moontauk's inspiration comes from a collective passion for the science fiction and the universe. We at SSR are pleased to bring you new Traumwelt album Lethologica. Kythirius created Traumwelt in 2012. because he wanted the world to feel that longing to step back into that dream existence. Lethologica comes from Greek, and it roughly translates to “loss of speech”. The inspiration behind this album was just that, unintelligible to the conscious mind.

We present you this new album Mountains of Madness by Lidane Livering. It started back in the late 90's with the idea to explore and create eerie atmospheric soundtracks. Mainly inspired by electronica artists like Aphex Twin, LFO, Orb but also industrial bands like Throbbing Gristle, Deutsch Nepal, Brighter Death Now and Scorn. The project paused in 2001 but has begun again, with a new sound which maintains the industrial aesthetics
