Lafflines, our new artist on SSR roster.
Lafflines is project by musician
Alex Lippert from
Baltimore, Maryland. He also plays in a band called NUNS in Maryland and he has been
experimenting with sampling and drone outside of his main project and decided to compile everything he has been working on into a new project called
Lafflines.
EP called Arrest in Acquiesce is result of every day recording and trying to keep busy all in an effort to stumble upon
accidents and something that's outside of expectations of recording without any
intentions of sound, but to discover and find something new. Many of samples vary from
elevator music, african disco, religious choirs and classical peices.
