Olson Format - Not Knowing

WE wish you Happy new year with this new SSR release! Olson Format has created new album called Not Knowing. It uses many similar sound sources as on other Olson Format releases, including shortwave radio recordings, and interweaving melodies amidst the sound of static and decay.  As Donald Barthelme, the American writer, once said, "writing is a process of dealing with not-knowing, a forcing of what and how." This album sometimes reaches points where the weight almost collapses the whole, where the question has become lost in the noise, where the disintegration of the sounds is pushed, but then hopefully recovers. Enjoy this album!
